One of our marketing guys, as an exercise, produced a positive spin on a famous event. In his marketting proposal, he used this phrase.

Guesses as to which event he was referring to?

'Limited' might be an understatement in the case of the great flood.

'Reduction of household expenditure' was another positive point mentioned.
