It's two weeks on, and rather sadly, we think our cat Talia is not missing Kosh at all.

Indeed, we think she may actually be slightly happier without him around. Being twice her weight, he did tend to dominate a bit, and if he wanted attention, then he got it. If she was sitting where he wanted to, well, she'd just have to wriggle out from under.

She's certainly enjoying being on proper tasty catfood again.

'Entire life' was certainly the case for Talia. Kosh was already there in the giant kitten pile when she was born.

(Not siblings but consecutive litters. They had one grandparent in common.)

And yes, I think she's a little more relaxed. Not more affectionate, because she's always been that, but a little less insistent when she does get us.
