Mardia is now a loremaster of Kalimdor. Good grief, that's really a case of looking for quests down the back of the sofa, that is. Hanging around in Desolace for half an hour waiting for a caravan to turn up. Seeing if I'd really done everything for the goblin in the Stonetalons. And so on.

I definitely had a harder time finding 700 quests than I did in the Eastern Kingdoms, and I prefer the Outlands and Northrend ways of having a smaller number to do, in a much more circumscribed area, as you don't end up covering entire continents looking for misplaced quests.

Grats!

You want to know pain? Doing that achievement before they nerfed the amount of quests needed and added some in to the ones that counted...

It's nerfed?! Good grief, I've got three left over, and little idea of where any others might be.

I'd done all of the Night Elf territories pretty thoroughly for the reputation. Storming through Darkshore at level 58+ makes it pretty easy to make sure you've got them all, so it's not a case of having to go back later when high enough level. But I did end up on a quest chain flying back and forwards between Moonglade and Silithus, with flight time predominating.

Oh. Wow.

I must have missed a whole bunch. Do the Caverns of Time count, because I've left those to one side?

Can't remember, but there isn't much there anyway. Neither do repeatable quests like the sillyfuss briefings.

Too often, you have to do a repeatable once, but the repeats don't count. But just in case, I was doing the first repeat.

I also suspect the Ogre Suit one I have wouldn't count, since it's obviously repeatable.

It's wonderful when you get it though, isn't it?

Kalimdor's definitely the git; Eastern Kingdoms has a load more quests, and Outland and Northrend have the quests broken down by zone so you can narrow down the search considerably.

It is a very good feeling to get the achievement, though - there are still comparatively few Loremasters.

Well done!

I've got a bunch of UBRS quests I've not done yet, and I'm fairly sure my actual EK count is at least 720, having gone in and done LBRS, BD, etc. since getting the EK Loremaster.

What's annoying is doing a quest, and seeing the count not move. Aarrgghh!!

Anyway, now done, and that's the sweetest 10 points I've got.
