Indeed so. It's a (deeply touristy) place in Tallinn that attempts to provide an authentic dining experience as of 1475. (It was amusing to see the smoothness with which the server, dressed in hose and tunic, passed off the miraculous portable PIN machine. I couldn't do it in my own language, yet he was doing it in English.)
(Oh, and 'strengthened coffee' was a little anachronous, even for one of the world's greatest trading cities.)
The wine in the glass is spiced, by the way. Cold, and spiced. It seemed odd at first, but was actually really rather nice. The whole place is wonderfully civilised, and the menu, despite the lack of potato, tomato or chilli, was remarkably good.
