I need to remember that, before shaking a bottle of sauce, I should ensure that the top is securely fastened.

This is especially important if the sauce in question is Dave's Insanity Sauce.

(It's rather like having an application of Deep Heat. On top of a slight sunburn.)

Ah, totally on a different topic, but something I noticed last night - your surname is misspelt on the Nippon2007 membership list. Or at least, in the online one.

Dealing with it was like working with a chemical spill. Only about a tablespoon full of sauce, but oh so spattered.

All clothes into the wash. Lots of wiping down surfaces. Massaging olive oil into my skin to remove the traces. (I did that on my face and neck, but not on my arms. I really noticed the difference.) Followed by a good long bath.

With an extremely restricted diet, it gives some variety. A few drops in a soup brings out a (to me) gentle heat. Half a level teaspoon produces something way too hot to gulp down.
