When this came out, it got lots of enthusiastic reviews in the SF press.
I've been thinking about it since I read it, and I just don't get it. I'm sure there's a lot to like in it - can all those reviewers be wrong? - but it just didn't click with me. As a result, I found it more disappointing than the frankly throw-away brain candy I've reviewed elsewhere. This was supposed to be something with meat. It was supposed to be good. But I just found it faintly (only faintly) tedious.
Ummm. Not for me.
